SUMMER ROLLING SEASON IN ZAGREB

We welcomed the warm weather, and with it the summer activities, including the first Ice Wonderland rollerblading season. Rollerblading is one of the favorite forms of recreation for young and old, ideal for socializing with friends and family, so we are especially pleased that this year we have prepared a novelty in our offer – rollerblading and thus launched a new trend of summer fun. We started the rollerblading season at the beginning of the summer holidays from 25 June to 05 July, when we realized a project for Arena Center which enabled free rollerblading for all visitors from morning to evening – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. At the rollerblading in front of the Arena Center in
Zagreb, many enthusiastic visitors enjoyed the fun on wheels, as well as the organized Ice Wonderland small school of rollerblading and roller hockey, which were held every day from 9 a.m. to 12. a.m. We are happy to see the smiles on the faces of many rollers, as well as to hear the questions: “When does skating start this year?”.

NEW IN THE ICE WONDERLAND OFFER – ROLLERBLADING RENT AND SALE

Every year we raise Ice Wonderland service to a new level – we invest in the quality of the offer, expand the range, speed up logistics, explore new technologies and concepts, add value to products for return on investment, in order to provide a turnkey system to our clients for sports and entertainment animation during the winter skating season. Encouraged by the desire to be present and connected with the fans of the Ice Wonderland brand during the rest of the year, when it is not the winter skating season, we have enriched our offer with a novelty – rollerblades, since this year. This is the reason why we offer the design and installation and dismantling of rollerblades of various sizes, the service of renting rolls, guiding and managing of rollerblade, as well as animation of entertainment content and programs for visitors. The new service of renting and selling rollerblades is well received on the market and we are looking forward to starting the realization of projects.

IAKS (INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR SPORTS AND LEISURE FACILITIES) is the leading global non-profit organization for professionals from the sports, leisure and recreation facilities industry. Since 1965, it enables international networking for the exchange of planning, design and operational expertise. IAKS is recognized by many sport and leisure organizations such as International Olympic Comity, International Paralympic Comity and other international non-profit bodies.

In 2021. Ice Wonderland company become a member of this prestige International association. As a member of this organization our company, together with other professional members from sport and leisure industry, will participate in creating the best future for our industries. We believe that with our knowledge and our experience we can greatly contribute to the development of sport and leisure industry. 

Ice Wonderland®️ presents new logo

In 2021. We are celebrating 10 years on ice experience. To celebrate our 10th birthday we are presenting our new Ice Wonderland Logo. With simplified but modern design we are entering in new Ice Wonderland chapter that will be all year round.

Our penguin, although little bit modified, is still our main character and he will be the one that will soon open a new IceWonderland chapter!

Ice Wonderland skating rinks in 14 cities in Croatia and the surrounding countries

The most successful winter Ice Wonderland season ended with 14 skating rink projects that were implemented throughout Croatia – from design, assembling and disassembling, maintenance, and management.
In 2019, Ice Wonderland achieved a large growth of business compared to 2018, including a large number of collaborations, which presented us with a challenging logistical preparation and implementation of the season. Despite a logistically very challenging period due to the specific delivery time, we managed to do it flawlessly. That is why we have 14 major projects under our belt, as well as a large team of people who worked on those projects.
I would like to thank all the cities that have placed their trust in us again, as well as those who joined us this year. We believe that we have justified our expectations and investments and hope that we will continue our cooperation and improve with each passing year. I would also like to thank all the business associates and members of the Ice Wonderland team, as well as the media who followed us throughout the season.
We are looking forward to new projects in 2020, for which reservations have already begun. Our plans for the future are to continue expanding our business in the region, to develop the Ice Wonderland brand, and to provide an even better Ice Wonderland experience next year.
