STOP SHOP Hrvatska chose “Ice Wonderland” ice rinks as an additional attraction at its locations and delighted all visitors

This winter, visitors to the newly opened STOP SHOP shopping centres enjoyed, in addition to the shops, skating on the “Ice Wonderland” rinks within the complex. The European trade brand recognized the benefits of investing in additional animation content and enriched its offer for visitors by partnering with “Ice Wonderland”, which made them the centre of holiday entertainment for all generations. Well-known sports and entertainment programs attracted many young and old skaters, so their visits to STOP SHOP shopping centres were even more fun.

By investing in additional content for visitors, STOP SHOP showed its desire to make the experience of going shopping fun for the whole family, and “Ice Wonderland” ensured unforgettable moments with its attractions on ice – entertainment and sports programs.

Thus, visitors throughout the season could practice and learn their skating skills in skating schools, enjoy pirouettes and ice shows by professional skaters, and hang out with the main attraction of the season, the “Ice Wonderland” penguin, which, the skaters said, was an added reason for coming to STOP SHOP shopping centres.

Ice Wonderland ice rink delighted the visitors of the Z centre second year in a row

The successful cooperation between the “Ice Wonderland” skating rink and the “Z” shopping centre continued for the second year in a row. This year, visitors were delighted by the larger ice surface, which raised the skating experience to a new level, enabling rich additional possibilities and animation on the rink, which delighted many visitors.

The new winter season was officially opened by “Ice Wonderland” right on the ice rink of the “Z” centre, with a spectacular event that attracted numerous visitors of all ages, as well as famous people. Numerous visitors enjoyed the whole winter in the exceptional offer of Advent in the “Z” centre: gastronomic delicacies, singing performances and themed performances, as well as skating schools, a stage-entertainment program by foreign skaters and a favourite meeting with the “Ice Wonderland” penguin, which together rounded off and marked another great winter season.

Hit roller skating this spring in Z Center

Skate with us this spring at the roller skating rink in front of the Z center in Zagreb. Every day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., roll into the rhythm of music and welcome the evening when the roller skating area is lighted with flashing lights, which gives a special experience. Spend time outdoors with a party on the wheels from morning to night!

Spring season announcement

This spring we welcome you on wheels. Being outdoors and physical activity are just some of the benefits of roller skating that undoubtedly attract children, young people and adults to fun on the wheels.

Roller skates that can fit on any surface and create entertainment for visitors of promotional and tourist events, shopping centers, hotel complexes, as well as city squares and parks. Laughter and joy, experiences that are recounted as an idea for quality time spent are spreading and recommended among visitors, and so a good voice about your roller skating rink can be rolled up this spring and summer.

“Delivering winter joy” – Winter Season 2021/2022

The last round of the season at ice rinks across Croatia as well as Europe has been slid off, and we are proud to conclude that the most successful season so far is behind us. We completed the productive season by presenting a new concept, with which we connected our vision and services into one slogan – Delivering winter joy. Thus, this Ice Wonderland season also delivered winter joy from the opening ice shows, ice skating schools, as well as the daily skating adventures of small and large visitors. Also this year we have created and launched a new thematic service that was greeted with enthusiasm by many little ones and their parents – the organization of birthday celebrations on the ice with animators, games, skating school and unforgettable photos.

The winter season behind us has set a new bar in the development of Ice Wonderland. In a few months, we have passed thousands of kilometers, produced tons of ice and set up dozens of ice rinks and ice parks in Europe, in just a few weeks. Innovative logistics solutions, new sales solutions, planning, team organization and dedication to the work of all Ice Wonderland employees were a prerequisite for achieving such high goals of the season. In these few sentences, the 2021/2022 season was summarized by the director Natko Bošnjak:

SUMMER ROLLING SEASON IN ZAGREB

We welcomed the warm weather, and with it the summer activities, including the first Ice Wonderland rollerblading season. Rollerblading is one of the favorite forms of recreation for young and old, ideal for socializing with friends and family, so we are especially pleased that this year we have prepared a novelty in our offer – rollerblading and thus launched a new trend of summer fun. We started the rollerblading season at the beginning of the summer holidays from 25 June to 05 July, when we realized a project for Arena Center which enabled free rollerblading for all visitors from morning to evening – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. At the rollerblading in front of the Arena Center in
Zagreb, many enthusiastic visitors enjoyed the fun on wheels, as well as the organized Ice Wonderland small school of rollerblading and roller hockey, which were held every day from 9 a.m. to 12. a.m. We are happy to see the smiles on the faces of many rollers, as well as to hear the questions: “When does skating start this year?”.

NEW IN THE ICE WONDERLAND OFFER – ROLLERBLADING RENT AND SALE

Every year we raise Ice Wonderland service to a new level – we invest in the quality of the offer, expand the range, speed up logistics, explore new technologies and concepts, add value to products for return on investment, in order to provide a turnkey system to our clients for sports and entertainment animation during the winter skating season. Encouraged by the desire to be present and connected with the fans of the Ice Wonderland brand during the rest of the year, when it is not the winter skating season, we have enriched our offer with a novelty – rollerblades, since this year. This is the reason why we offer the design and installation and dismantling of rollerblades of various sizes, the service of renting rolls, guiding and managing of rollerblade, as well as animation of entertainment content and programs for visitors. The new service of renting and selling rollerblades is well received on the market and we are looking forward to starting the realization of projects.

As a member of this organization our company, together with other professional members from sport and leisure industry, will participate in creating the best future for our industries. We believe that with our knowledge and our experience we can greatly contribute to the development of sport and leisure industry. 

Ice Wonderland®️ presents new logo

In 2021. We are celebrating 10 years on ice experience. To celebrate our 10th birthday we are presenting our new Ice Wonderland Logo. With simplified but modern design we are entering in new Ice Wonderland chapter that will be all year round.

Our penguin, although little bit modified, is still our main character and he will be the one that will soon open a new IceWonderland chapter!
